Diamond Resorts Timeshare Review – Yelp Review I am basing this on what I have experienced with DRI so far, and I have been a customer for all of two weeks.  In all fairness, I think a lot of these reviews are either exaggerated or based on unrealistic expectations of uninformed customers.  When we accept a timeshare presentation invitation we have got to know upfront that A) For $159, we are not going to be put up in a luxury hotel. B) We are going to be subjected to a long and hard sales pitch and C) Timeshares in general for the vast majority of us do not make a lot of sense. Really, a 2 or 3 night getaway at a fairly decent hotel in a resort location along with a few nice freebies is worth the trouble of a timeshare tour, regardless of how gruelingly they try to…

Diamond Resorts Timeshare Review – Yelp Review I love Diamond Resorts! The resorts are beautiful and the money I save is worth every penny I paid. If you are a discount $50 a night traveler then this is not for you. I was treated well and the customer service is exemplary for every vacation I go to. You do not HAVE to go on a presentation! It’s just the people that want to score a free gift for 2 hours of their time that complain. I wanted to go and was so glad I did! Best choice I ever made! Kudos to Diamond Resorts! Love it! Diamond Resorts Timeshare Review – Yelp Review This review is for the Riviera Resorts and Spa in Dana Point, CA. I had the pleasure of staying here last week. My room a one bedroom unit overlooked the ocean. The rooms are fairly large, the bed very comfortable, and it sports a fully equipped kitchen and Weber BBQ on the deck. There is a fitness center, 2 pools, activity center and concierge desk. All in all it was a pleasant comfortable stay. The front desk is extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They will do almost anything to make your stay pleasurable. The only downside is the foldout couch. Aside from the couch, the unit is spacious and comfortable, and very very clean. I would like to take a moment and thank Matthew and Joshua on the front desk, Townya in the activities center, and Nancy on the conceive desk. You made…

Diamond Resorts Timeshare Review – Yelp Review I Visited the Sedona Summit resort in July 2015. Had a great trip with my family. They have a lot of activities for kids (activity center with lots to do). You can also check out board games and take them back to your room. We attended the sales presentation and for that we received $150 in vouchers for local restaurants. We did not have a bad experience with the sales person. He was very nice and was not high pressure. Overall I would recommend this place. The room was clean and the service was very good. Our only problem was that we needed to use the pullout couch and there were not sheets in the room. We called the front desk and asked for the sheets and in less than 5 minutes they brought us the sheets we needed. We had a very good…

For anyone that posts a negative review … You should know what you are getting into when going to the presentation … common, ITS SALES, that is how the business works. However they always reward you for your time and in my opinion it’s just how your approach it. If you agree to do it, don’t bitch about it. We have been owners of Polo Towers since 2003 and when they converted to the point system it TRULY was the BEST thing ever. We have taken many vacations we never thought we would be able to afford.
